Your website needs work.
You don’t have to do it all.
Have BPGO build and manage it, get help with a specific problem, or add a second set of eyes to a site you manage yourself.
Before we recommend paid website or growth work, we look at what you already have. Submit your free exercise report, or purchase one prepared by Jeff. How we begin.
Choose the work you need.
Starting prices, then a scope agreed with you.

Start with what’s there.
Then decide what’s worth doing.
The assessment keeps us from recommending a rebuild when a few corrections would do. It is required before hands-on service work; sharing the report from your free exercise satisfies that requirement.

Want Jeff to do the assessment?
Get a human-reviewed set of priorities. The assessment is $249 USD, separate from any service you choose afterward.

Is the real question bigger than the website?
Deciding how your team should use AI is different from fixing a website. Work through that decision with Jeff in a strategy session or ongoing owner coaching. No assessment is needed to inquire.
Explore AI coaching & strategyWhat happens when Safety Net finds a problem?
We review the flag, explain what we could verify and recommend what needs attention. You arrange the repair yourself or ask us for a separate quote. Safety Net does not include repairs or an emergency response service. Managed care also includes agreed changes within its monthly allowance; larger repairs are quoted.
How does the Website Loop work?
Launch is a starting point. We use what happens on your website, what customers tell you and what is changing in your business to decide what to work on next.
Observe
Safety Net checks keep watch. Permission-based analytics show which pages people use and where the journey to an enquiry may be breaking down.
Understand
Each month, Jeff reviews the available signals alongside your feedback. We choose a priority that matters to your business, not just a number on a dashboard.
Improve
We make an agreed improvement: clearer wording, a more useful service page or an easier next step. Every change is reviewed and checked before it goes live.
Review
We record what changed and revisit the evidence at the next review. Keep what helps, reconsider what does not, and use what we learn to guide the next change.
The starting plan includes one monthly review and one batch of agreed improvements and routine updates, sharing a 30-minute implementation allowance. Larger work is quoted separately; unused time does not roll over.
When traffic is too low to judge an outcome, we say so and use usability checks and your feedback. This is a managed improvement process, not a promise of more traffic or sales or a site that rewrites itself.
What’s included with website care?
Managed Website & Care includes the build, ongoing human evaluation, agreed website updates and Website Safety Net. The Safety Net is not billed again for the same site. On a self-managed website, it is an optional add-on after your build.
Safety Net checks that the site is working. Managed care also looks at how people use it and turns what we learn into agreed improvements. Reviews happen monthly; automated checks follow the agreed schedule. This is not continuous human supervision.
Your website, watched
Availability checks and daily checks for unexpected changes across up to five agreed pages. Important changes are flagged for human review, not silently accepted as the new normal.
Security checks
Checks for HTTPS and certificate issues, unintentionally exposed information, and agreed form protections and access controls. Deeper checks require appropriate owner-authorized access.
Forms, from submit to receipt
Checks of agreed enquiry forms: validation, an approved test submission, private storage and delivery to the intended destination. A success message alone is not proof that an enquiry arrived.
A human second set of eyes
Human review of flagged issues during agreed service hours, plus one annual AI-assisted assessment personally reviewed by Jeff. Understand what matters and what to do next.
Coverage, testing permissions, check intervals and response hours are agreed at onboarding. Tests use approved test data. Checks we cannot verify are marked untested. Monitoring is not a penetration test, a guarantee of security, 24/7 human support or unlimited repairs.
What happens after the assessment?
We review the findings together, confirm the priorities and agree the service scope and price. A report submission or service request does not authorize a rebuild, a subscription, advertising or changes to your business. Your existing website stays in place until you approve a launch.
