Learning by doing
The free exercise helps you practise using AI on your own business. It is an educational resource, not a promise of a completed website, improved rankings, revenue, leads, cost savings or any other particular business result. Your participation, judgment, tools and circumstances affect what you produce.
AI can make mistakes, miss information and give outdated advice. Check important claims and review anything before using or publishing it. Our materials are not legal, tax, financial or cybersecurity advice. Use an appropriately qualified professional where needed.
Your account and your information
Use an email address you control and protect your sign-in links and codes. Only share business information you have authority to use. Do not upload passwords, access keys, payment-card details or private information about customers or employees. Our privacy policy explains what BPGO receives and the choices you have.
Using the exercise
You may use the exercise with your own AI for your business and keep and use what you learn. You do not have to send your findings to BPGO or buy anything. Sharing findings requires your approval. You may share the public exercise link with others; please do not resell our learning materials or represent them as your own.
You retain your rights in the original business content you provide. Rights in third-party assets and AI-generated material depend on their source, applicable terms and law. Check that you can use the images, fonts, text and other assets you choose.
Costs and access
The exercise and account are free from BPGO. Your AI provider's plan, research access and usage limits still apply. Personal coaching, done-for-you work, hosting, domain registration and AI subscriptions are not included. Creating an account does not enroll you in a subscription.
Third-party tools
BPGO is independent of OpenAI and other platform providers. Their availability, plans, limits, prices and features may change. Check the current requirements before relying on a service. BPGO cannot guarantee third-party uptime, continued free hosting or access to a particular AI feature.
Services and ongoing care
An inquiry is not a purchase or authorization to change your website. We agree the scope, price, responsibilities, access permissions and timing in writing before starting paid work. “Starting at” prices are minimums, not a quote for every business. Displayed prices are in US dollars; any taxes, third-party costs and payment terms will be identified in your proposal before you agree.
Website Safety Net provides the checks and human review set out in your service agreement. It is not insurance, a penetration test or a guarantee that every issue will be found or prevented. Repairs, emergency response and changes are included only where expressly agreed. Managed Website & Care includes the agreed Safety Net coverage and ongoing work; advertising spend, extra services and work outside that scope require separate agreement.
Refunds, renewals and cancellation
The free exercise and an inquiry create no payment obligation. Paid services require a separate written agreement covering payment, cancellation and any renewal. See refunds and cancellation.
Fair use and changes
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with other users. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse or a material breach, and provide an explanation and a way to contact us where appropriate.
We may update these terms for future use and will identify the effective date. Material changes affecting existing accounts will be communicated through the site or account email. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
