Refunds and cancellation

Effective September 16, 2026. Online purchases are not open.

The free exercise and your account

BPGO does not charge for the exercise or for creating an account. There is no subscription to cancel, and you can stop the exercise whenever you choose. To request account deletion, email jeff@bpgo.ai. Costs for your own AI or other third-party services are governed by those providers' terms, not BPGO's.

Services quoted individually

Assessments, website builds, coaching and other quoted services have written booking, payment and cancellation terms agreed before work starts. Those terms identify any deposit, work already completed and what happens if either party needs to stop. An inquiry alone costs nothing and does not book paid work.

Recurring services

Recurring care or monitoring is optional and requires a separate agreement. Your proposal will state the billing frequency, renewal amount, cancellation process and any refund terms before you agree. Submitting an inquiry does not start coverage or a recurring charge.

Your rights

This policy does not limit cancellation, refund or other rights available under applicable consumer law. Contact BPGO if access fails, you believe a charge is incorrect or a service has not been provided as agreed.
